Ignorant of what? Please, enlighten us. If you mean to say that not quite 100% of black people misuse English grammar, be my guest. It's part of urban culture to speak that way, so either get with reality or shut it.
Agreed. speaking like that is simply speaking with a different dialect, often called Black English Vernacular, which has just as many grammar rules as standard english -- they're just different rules. And it's considered to be "misusing" grammar because what's "standard" is determined by the people who right grammar books: the academic elite, who generally have a good bit of money, and, in the past, have been upper class white men. All other dialects are considered to be less valid. So just as speaking Japanese doesn't make you any more or less smart than speaking Arabic, speaking one dialect instead of another has very little to say about your intelligence.
