I have to say, that was a pretty jerk comment. After all, it seems she was just trying to be helpful....and most people wait when the elevator is going the opposite direction they are.....

It's actually five floors... and if its a busy day and only one of two elevators are running you could be waiting a while.

Whoops, it is five. You can tell I don't spend much time there. :P I'm a Park Hall girl...where there are only elevators for one half of the building. I prefer to walk myself.

Yeah I understand that. I just know this summer all my classes were on the 5th floor of Journalism... and the elevators were broken for like a week. It SUCCCKKKEDDDDD.

Actually this guy is the dumbass because it's fine if he wants to get on the elevator even though it's going up but pressing the button is pointless since it will just cancel out once the elevator goes up as high as it is going so he will have to hit it again. He's just pretending like he is not a fuck up.

(It's jerky because of the assumption that she's too dumb to realize the elevator will go back down which makes the 'honey' read as condescending.)
